About Kevin


     Since 2000, Kevin Suh has been a full time real estate Broker covering the Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.  He had worked as a dyestuff and dyeing chemical lab manager for five years prior to joining the real estate company with Century 21 Union Realty (Torrance, CA) in 2000.   In 2006, he joined The Real Estate Group (TRG) Company (Torrance CA), one of the largest real estate firms of South Bay (in relation to agent representation). Starting August of 2018, he joined RealtyONEGroup United in Torrance.  He acquired the Notary Public License to practice notary in 2005 with the CA State Notary Commission and has been giving free & fast services for his clients if needed.  In 2007, he also acquired the CA State Appraiser License (TA), which he is now actively practicing as commercial & residential appraiser in his spare time.  He also works as mentor in TRG and is helping other agents for their successful closing escrows.  He is also father of two beautiful children, Lauren & Sophia, and husband to his wife, Angel, who had taught at an elementary school in Lomita for 13 years and now works as Occupational Therapist.   With his expertise and knowledge capacity, he is proud to be of service to your real estate needs.
